🌿 A New Chapter in Care

Over the past year, I’ve had the privilege of providing 1,700+ hours of hands-on clinical care in Manual Osteopathic Therapy through my practice. This experience has allowed me to work with individuals across all stages of life — from infants to geriatric care — supporting chronic pain, injury recovery, nervous system patterns, mobility concerns, and complex dysfunctions.

I’ve always been drawn to understanding the story each body carries. Injuries, accidents, stress, adaptations, and life experiences can all contribute to patterns within the body. One of my greatest passions is identifying connections and piecing together the bigger picture.

As a trauma-informed practitioner, creating a safe and client-led environment remains central to my approach. Manual Osteopathic Therapy views the body as an interconnected whole and supports the body’s natural ability to regulate, adapt, and heal.

Beginning June 2026, I will also be undertaking a two-year Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy Practitioner Certification through Body Intelligence, integrating an additional layer of cranial and nervous system-focused care into my practice.

I’m J, Owner of Reengineered Massage & Manual Osteopathic Therapy.

After graduating with honors from the Alberta College of Massage Therapy, I continued pursuing advanced education and completed my Manual Osteopathic Therapist Deisgination. Throughout my journey, I’ve remained committed to continual growth, ongoing education, and refining my approach to whole-body care.

Before entering Holistic healthcare, I spent over 10 years serving in Law Enforcement. During that time, I discovered something that ultimately changed the direction of my life — a deep passion for helping others through healing, recovery, and human connection.

Over the past year alone, I’ve had the privilege of providing more than 1,700 hours of hands-on Manual Osteopathic clinical care through my practice, working with individuals across all stages of life from infants to geriatric care. I’ve supported clients experiencing chronic pain, injury recovery, mobility restrictions, nervous system-related patterns, and complex presentations that often require looking beyond isolated symptoms.

I’ve always been drawn to understanding the bigger picture. Our bodies carry stories shaped by injuries, stress, repetitive patterns, adaptations, and life experiences. I’m passionate about identifying those patterns and helping uncover connections that may otherwise appear unrelated.

As a trauma-informed practitioner, creating a safe, supportive, and client-centered environment remains central to my approach. Using assessment, hands-on manual therapy, myofascial techniques, osteoarticulations, cranial work, visceral approaches, and nervous system-focused care, my goal is to support the body’s natural ability to regulate, adapt, and move toward greater balance and function.
