A New Chapter in Care🪴

Over the past year, my practice has grown in ways I’m incredibly grateful for. As part of completing my practicum requirements, I provided more than 1,700 hours of hands-on clinical care specifically in manual osteopathic therapy through my practice. This experience has allowed me to work closely with a wide range of clients and continually refine a thoughtful, individualized approach to care.

From the beginning, I chose to offer significantly reduced rates as a way to give back to the community, make care more accessible, and allow people to truly experience what manual osteopathic therapy has to offer. It’s been incredibly meaningful to help clients better understand their bodies and witness the kinds of changes that are possible through a whole-body approach to healing.

I’m excited to share that I have now completed my osteopathic designation. As part of my commitment to ongoing growth, I am continuing to invest in advanced training to further deepen my work — particularly in cranial and nervous system-focused care — so I can continue providing the highest level of care possible.

As I move into this next phase of practice, my pricing will be updated to reflect the depth of experience, level of care, and time dedicated to each treatment — while still staying aligned with my commitment to fair and reasonable pricing.

Updated pricing will take effect June 1, 2026.

As a thank you, current clients can continue to book at the existing rates until May 31, 2026.

Welcome to Reengineered MT!

I’m J, the Owner and Massage Therapist here at Reengineered MT. After completing my Massage Therapy Diploma with honors at the Alberta College of Massage Therapy, I’m committed to continuing my education and expanding my expertise. In 2025, I’ll be pursuing additional training to become a Manual Osteopathic Therapist.

For over 10 years, I served in Law Enforcement, and during that time, I discovered my true calling—helping others through healing and recovery. I’ve always believed in the power of human connection, and it was through my own journey that I realized how often people struggle with under-assessment and misdiagnosis in our healthcare system. This can leave individuals feeling hopeless and in pain, wondering where to turn next.

I’m passionate about helping people break free from that cycle. Our bodies are incredible, interconnected systems, and achieving true wellness requires a deep understanding of anatomy and function. Through thorough assessments, special testing, and hands-on manual therapy, I work with my clients to uncover the root cause of pain and dysfunction. Whether it’s chronic conditions, injury recovery, or stress relief, I use clinical massage therapy and Myofascial release to support long-term healing and pain management.

I believe massage is for everyone. From professional athletes and weekend warriors to stay-at-home parents, those managing chronic conditions, or anyone looking to prioritize self-care—massage can be deeply effective, without needing to hurt. It’s my mission to support you and your family through each milestone of your health and wellness journey.
